Position/Job Title: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (OG-1/AVP)
Reporting to: Unit Head-Talent Acquisition
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/ institute recognized by the HEC
- Candidates having Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR and/or Public Administration and/or HR related professional certifications such as SHRM/CHRP, etc. would be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Human Resources with at least two years in Talent Acquisition
- Candidates having experience of working in similar roles in financial sector would be preferred
Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR Information System
- Knowledge of SAP will be preferred
